VP of Operations
As VP of Operations, Nicholas has a dynamic role at Fortress and wears many problem-solving hats around the office. First and foremost, he leads the operations team, which includes brand health, logistics and IT. This involves being proactive and reactive to Amazon Seller Central/Vendor/Brand Registry, shipping and IT issues, directing the team to navigate through compliance, shipment reconciliation and other unique issues, constantly evaluating and improving the current technology the company uses, and working with his impressive team to help negate any other potential issues that might arise.
Nick has also worn many hats in the past; he’s worked as a pharmacy technician, system administrator and compliance officer at a pharmacy for a decade before joining Fortress.
